Returns & Exchanges:
We only accepts 20 days after your order was delivered for returns! For any returns or concerns about your order, please contact us through baddiesstopshopservices@gmail.com before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the return process and do our best to make things right.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at baddiesstopshopservices@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll take care of you from there!
Shipping & Carriers:
Once your package has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. Any delivery issues, delays, or lost packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. We will, however, do our best to help you track and resolve any shipping issues.
